Solids for toddlers
How and what to feed beyond 12 months.
Do you want your child to reach its full potential? To be able to become all that the human blueprint has to offer? To be healthy? To be intelligent? To be happy?
That is what these sessions are about. Nutrition doesn't stop when your child passes the baby stage. It continues. How do you deal with the difference in view of you and your friends, their friends parents and such.
Things can become a bit daunting. What is the right course of feeding?
In these sessions we will talk about all of the above. What type of nutrition will bring out the best in your child. How to deal with going out. How to deal with influences of others and negative, or sometimes even hostile attitudes of others.
Sessions on how to get your child into the kitchen with you and help you make food are also an option. For many children food becomes so much more interesting when they learn how to make it themselves and children can start very young as stirring and such are very soon an option. Just build it up slowly.
When you want your child to reach its full potential, to grow up the way the human blueprint designed people to grow up. When you want your child to grow into a healthy adult. To grow into a happy adult and to grow into an intelligent adult then these sessions are for you.
When you are new to all of this, that is fine as well, it is never too late to start improving health and nutrition.
The goal is for you to become comfortable with which nutrition is going to grow the healthiest and happiest adult. It is to make you comfortable dealing with negative or even hostile attitudes towards wanting to feed your child the best and healthiest foods you can. To feel comfortable discussing nutrition with your child.
Learning how you can teach your child to help you in the kitchen and teach them how to make simple foods over time. There are many ways in which children can help in the kitchen.
The long term goal is that your child will be comfortable in the kitchen.
Your child will be healthier than some of their peers will be. Your child will rarely be ill, or improve in their health. Your child will learn to eat a large variety of foods and enjoy them.
Your child will also learn how to help you in the kitchen.
